[build2] build2 0.15 vs 0.16 and odb beta23 to 25

Thank you very much

I have built build2 myself and put it in /usr/local , then built odb and
libobdb* also in there.
build2 rpm will get available at some point and so will install instead and
remove my /usr/local version. Hopefully the build2 rpm installed can still
understand what the /usr/local build2 did for odb.

Are you aware of any users who produced odb.rpm and libodb.rpm from these
artefacts produced via build2?
