[build2] Using build2 on Raspberry Pi

More precisely, it doesn't build out of the box for 32-bit Raspbian/Debian.
It should build fine for 64-bit. Here is an earlier thread on the same

I think the conclusion in that thread (that it's probably not worth
bothering with 32-bit) is even truer today with the continuous phasing
out of 32-bit Raspbian (not least due to now having Pi version with 8GB
of RAM).
