[build2] error when trying to compile build2

I think it's best to just throw away your current attempt and start
from scratch. The installation instructions[1] include "local install"
versions of commands for all the relevant steps.

BTW, seeing that you are now using MinGW GCC from build2-mingw, another
option would be to instead just use the build batch file (build-mingw.bat,
found inside build2-toolchain) with the --local option (use --help for
details).
