[build2] Installation Error on Manjaro

Yesterday, I was able to confirm the successful installation with the staged version of build2.
The first two attempts were not successful and were aborted after the compilation during the install stage.
But after rebooting the system, everything worked out of the box.
May it be possible that this was happening because of some build artifacts
created from the previous attempt to install version 0.12.0?
