[build2] bdep init --create not working

Hello build2 users,

I was just going through the docs, and found this bug:

$ bdep init --create ../hello-gcc-9 @gcc-9 cc config.cxx=g++-9
error: unknown option '--create'

My bdeb binary is freshly built moments earlier with the
build2-install-0.10.0.sh script. That is:

$ bdep --version
bdep 0.10.0
libbpkg 0.10.0
libbutl 0.10.0

$ bdep init -C ...
works as expected.

My command line is default bash on a Ubuntu 18.04 system.
