[build2] Unable to install build2 0.10.0 on Mac OS 10.14.4 (was: [odb-users] ODB 2.5.0)

I tried to reproduce your issues on Mac OS 10.14.5 but everything works
fine for me. Specifically, my openssl is also LibreSSL 2.6.5. And I've
tried to build with -j 8 but didn't get any 'can not execute clang++:
too many open files' errors.

Do you think you can copy/describe the error you got from LibreSSL?
