[build2] guess C compiler type

Hello,

I am trying to get build2 working for the first time with a Tasking GCC based compiler.

trace: cc::pre_guess: unable to guess  compiler type of C:\Tools\c166VXv3.0r3/bin/cc166.exe

C:\Tools\c166VXv3.0r3/bin/cc166.exe --version

error: unable to guess C compiler type of C:\Tools\c166VXv3.0r3/bin/cc166.exe

Here is the output of the compiler:
C:\Tools\c166VXv3.0r3/bin/cc166.exe --version

Libraries used:

What configuration options can I use to help Build2 to know the Compiler type?
