[build2] FAQ suggestion: what's wrong with package managers like Conan?

I see little that justifies competing with existing so-called platform- and
build-system-agnostic package managers, rather than plugging in to them.
Yes, it's unfortunate that the earliest good-enough and hyped-enough may
win. Yes, Conan uses Python 3 from 2008 rather than Unix-y mini-languages
from 1974.

Alternatives not portable enough? No room for simple, correct semantics for
from-source Cxx builds? Open to revisiting when there's more of a community
here? What about plugging other package managers into bpkg instead?
