The current thinking is that we will just publish things from your scm
repository. That is, to add a package to cppget.org, roughly, you will
need to (1) submit your repository URL and (2) add a control file that
specifies which "events" (like tagging, branching) to consider releases,
etc. Once that is setup, a bot will automatically CI and publish your
releases for you. So, going back to ownership, you will be in full
control of that via your scm repository.
