[build2] manifest error while installing

Hi ..

I tryed to install 0.10.0, using the normal install shell script, and 
ended up with this error :

+ bpkg-stage --fetch-timeout 600 fetch
fetching pkg:cppget.org/alpha
error: unable to fetch https://pkg.cppget.org/1/alpha/repositories.manifest
   info: re-run with -v for more information

i tried the URL using curl, and curl agree's  :-)

Am I just doing this at a bad time ?
