Thanks for reporting the bug.

I pushed the fix. We won't be staging toolchain for a while, but you can 
upgrade the latest staged build2 with the version from the git repository.

Given that you have the latest staged toolchain installed with the 
https://stage.build2.org/0/0.9.0-a.0/build2-install-msvc-0.9.0-a.0-stage.bat 
script and you didn't delete the toolchain configuration, execute the 
following commands:

 > cd c:\build2-build\build2-toolchain-0.9-a.0
 > bpkg build https://git.build2.org/build2.git#stage
 > bpkg install build2
