[build2] build w gcc 8.1.1 + c++1y fails

Sorry, it should have been:

$ cd build2-toolchain-0.8.0-a.0.<...>/build2/
$ build2/b-boot -V config.cxx=g++ config.bin.lib=static build2/exe{b}

Could you run this and send the output?
