[build2] -s switch

Speed is more important to me than a littlebit easier output.
But I think it would be cool to have a stop option with a parallel match phase, then together with the --jobs option Build2 would offer full flexibility.

It will also do the execute in parallel. It just won't start new compilation jobs if there are errors (but the jobs that have already started can still produce a ton of errors which is what I assume you are trying to avoid).
