[build2] build2 binary packages

I have finished creating build2 binary packages and repository for
Debian/Ubuntu, CentOS/RedHat 7 and Fedora x86_64 only (CentOS6 have
troubles with Docker in Debian testing, so it will be later). Info moved
to repo https://gitlab.com/masterspline/build2-linux-packages

Repository https://packages.masterspline.org/ managing binary packages
is stable enough, few days later it will be reserved by second server,
so anybody can use it in production CI.

Now I need some feedback, is it needed for anybody except me. And,
probably link to my page from https://build2.org/install.xhtml
