[build2] build2 toolchain 0.6.1 released

Hi,

We have released build2 toolchain 0.6.1. This is a bugfix release that
is mostly concerned with the new C++ modules support.

Note that the 0.6.0 release can be upgraded to 0.6.1 with the package
manager. For example:

bpkg build build2
bpkg install build2

See the "Toolchain Installation and Upgrade" instructions for details.
