[build2] Wildcards and pattern exclusion

Hi Joël,

I am evaluating exit codes of other command line tools on Windows.
What I meant was:
build2 on the Windows platform doesn’t seem to return exit codes

It does but you have to look for the errorlevel variable: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/334879/how-do-i-get-the-application-exit-code-from-a-windows-command-line
We have some cross platform tools (see qibuild) at work that relie on exit codes on all platforms.
