[build2-announce] bpkg 0.2.1 released

Hi,

We have released bpkg 0.2.1. This is a bug fix-only release that fixes
issues that would otherwise prevent an upgrade to the upcoming 0.3.0
release.

You should be able to upgrade via the cppget.org repository:

$ bpkg fetch
$ bpkg build bpkg/0.2.1
$ bpkg install bpkg

Alternatively, the package is available from the download directory:

https://download.build2.org/0.2/
